What is Tango?
Project Tango(now officially only Tango) is a technology platform developed by Google that uses computer vision to enable mobile devices to detect their position relative to the world around them without using GPS or other external signals.
In the Lenovo Phab 2 Pro, the Tango feature basically uses sensors to track motion and add layers of augmented reality, perceive depth of the surroundings and an algorithm that allows the phone to detect previously scanned areas.
The Lenovo-Google Flagship has awesome features from powerful front and rear cameras to 6.4 inch QHD Display, a 4050 mAH battery, fingerprint scanner, sensors and cameras for Tango. Dolby Atoms Sound make it attractive to audiophiles and music lovers alike. It is also stated to be the first Android phone to have Dolby 5.1 Audio Capture technology which enables it to record life-like studio quality audio. It will be available in two colours, Gunmetal Grey and Champagne Gold both made of a metal unibody.
In terms of software also, the phone is expected to have the latest android installed along with promise of timely updates. Storage capacity, Processor, Sim slots and few other details are still to be announced and will only be available once the final production phase is completed.
